1.2.1 Once the estimated delivery time and general terms and conditions are accepted, the deal is considered confirmed from both parties and we will generate an invoice for your order.
1.2.2 Your order will be confirmed only upon the successful payment of this invoice. We do not offer on-site payment options through our website.
1.3 Payment Methods
1.3.1 We accept the following payment method for your convenience:Pay Invoice: We recommend paying the invoice provided, as we consider it the best and safest payment method due to the nature of our high-value items.
1.4 Advance Payment
1.4.1 For all products, including custom projects, we require advance payment.
1.4.2 For custom projects made to order, we typically require a 50% payment in advance and the remaining 50% payment midway through the process.
1.5 Payment Confirmation
1.5.1 Payment is considered confirmed once the full payment amount is received and verified.
1.6 Non-Payment
1.6.1 Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may lead to order cancellation.
1.6.2 In the event of non-payment or payment disputes, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal actions to protect our rights and interests.By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept these payment terms and conditions.Clarify any late payment fees or interest charges.

Each order is unique, and we'll work closely with trusted partners to find the best shipping solution for you.

At Studio Linde, we have no interest in your personal information. Our mission is to design exceptional products for the world, not to collect or sell personal data. Despite finding this topic a bit dull we made a whole page about it.

6 Intellectual Property:
6.1 Design Rights Ownership:Unless other terms are agreed on in advance:
All designs, including but not limited to furniture, created by Studio Linde (Linde Leker) for clients are the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Linde. Studio Linde retains all rights, including copyright, design rights, and any other intellectual property rights associated with these designs. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these designs without prior written consent from Studio Linde.
6.2 Website Content:The text, images, and videos on our website are protected. You can view and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires our written approval.
6.3 User-Submitted Content:If you submit content to us (text, images, reviews), we may use it for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove or modify user-submitted content at our discretion.
6.4 Use and Sharing:You can't use our designs or website content for commercial purposes without our written consent. You can share content on social media for personal use, but give us proper credit.

7.3 Arbitration:In the event mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration, following mutually agreed rules or those of Norway. This offers a more structured process for resolution.
7.4 Legal Action:If arbitration proves insufficient, legal action may be pursued, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Norway governing the process.
7.5 Governing Law:The governing law throughout this resolution process is that of Norway.
7.6 Costs:Each party bears its own costs, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed upon in writing.
7.7 Exceptions:Intellectual property disputes are excluded from this process and may proceed directly to legal action if necessary.
