1.1 Order PlacementWhen you place an order on our website, you are not required to make any upfront payment. Instead, we will contact you and provide you with an estimated delivery time for your selected items.

1.2 Invoice and Order Confirmation
1.2.1 Once the estimated delivery time and general terms and conditions are accepted, the deal is considered confirmed from both parties and we will generate an invoice for your order.
1.2.2 Your order will be confirmed only upon the successful payment of this invoice. We do not offer on-site payment options through our website.

1.3 Payment Methods
1.3.1 We accept the following payment method for your convenience:Pay Invoice: We recommend paying the invoice provided, as we consider it the best and safest payment method due to the nature of our high-value items.

1.4 Advance Payment
1.4.1 For all products, including custom projects, we require advance payment.
1.4.2 For custom projects made to order, we typically require a 50% payment in advance and the remaining 50% payment midway through the process.

1.5 Payment Confirmation
1.5.1 Payment is considered confirmed once the full payment amount is received and verified.
1.6 Non-Payment
1.6.1 Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may lead to order cancellation.
1.6.2 In the event of non-payment or payment disputes, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal actions to protect our rights and interests.By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept these payment terms and conditions.Clarify any late payment fees or interest charges. 

2: Shipping and Delivery

You'll receive these details after requesting your products..International and Larger Orders: For international orders, larger quantum orders and custom orders, we customize our shipping approach to ensure suitable shipping methods that balance cost-effectiveness and quality. Each order is unique, and we'll work closely with trusted partners to find the best shipping solution for you.

2.2 Tracking Orders and Handling Issues:We understand the importance of keeping you informed about your order's progress. Here's what you can expect:Tracking: We provide tracking information whenever possible, so you can monitor your order's journey from our studio to your doorstep.Delays or Issues: While we strive for smooth deliveries, unexpected delays or issues may occur. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve them promptly.

2.3 Delivery Time:Please note that delivery times vary as some products are in stock, and others are produced specifically for your order. The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided over email after your order request is received. We appreciate your patience as we craft each piece to perfection.

4.2 Custom Projects: For custom projects created in collaboration with clients, we provide sketches, 3D models, and detailed descriptions during the design process. While we make every effort to meet the agreed-upon specifications, it's important to note that custom-made items may exhibit slight variations in appearance and dimensions. These variations are a natural part of the creative process and the use of unique materials.By engaging in our products or custom projects, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such variations. We take pride in delivering high-quality and distinctive creations tailored to your preferences, and we remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction throughout the design and crafting stages.

‍At Studio Linde, we have no interest in your personal information. Our mission is to design exceptional products for the world, not to collect or sell personal data. Despite finding this topic a bit dull we made a whole page about it.

‍6 Intellectual Property:
6.1 Design Rights Ownership:Unless other terms are agreed on in advance:
All designs, including but not limited to furniture, created by Studio Linde (Linde Leker) for clients are the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Linde. Studio Linde retains all rights, including copyright, design rights, and any other intellectual property rights associated with these designs. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these designs without prior written consent from Studio Linde.
6.2 Website Content:The text, images, and videos on our website are protected. You can view and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires our written approval.
6.3 User-Submitted Content:If you submit content to us (text, images, reviews), we may use it for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove or modify user-submitted content at our discretion.
6.4 Use and Sharing:You can't use our designs or website content for commercial purposes without our written consent. You can share content on social media for personal use, but give us proper credit.
6.5 Violations and Enforcement:Unauthorized use may lead to legal action. If you violate our rights, there could be consequences, including damages and injunctions.

‍7.1 Informal Resolution:Before considering formal steps, both parties commit to resolving disputes informally through direct and open communication. This allows for a collaborative effort to find amicable solutions without the need for external interventions.
7.2 Mediation:If, despite best efforts, an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to enter mediation. A neutral third party will facilitate discussions, fostering a cooperative environment to address concerns.
7.3 Arbitration:In the event mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration, following mutually agreed rules or those of Norway. This offers a more structured process for resolution.
7.4 Legal Action:If arbitration proves insufficient, legal action may be pursued, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Norway governing the process.
7.5 Governing Law:The governing law throughout this resolution process is that of Norway.
7.6 Costs:Each party bears its own costs, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed upon in writing.
7.7 Exceptions:Intellectual property disputes are excluded from this process and may proceed directly to legal action if necessary.
